Shipping
You will be able to track your order once it has been shipped. Please allow for 5 to 7 business days for your item to be manufactured and shipped.
Didn't receive your package? Is it marked as delivered?
Please contact your local post office if your package has been marked as delivered. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. Should you not receive your order please contact Customer Service to get assistance investigating what happened to your package.
Can I update the shipping address on my order? 
If your item has already shipped, contact your local post office.
If your item has not shipped,  please email
Customer Service with the following information:
1) Your request
2)  Your order number
3) Name on the order
4) The email address you used when order was made
5) Your NEW shipping address and any other details
Customer service will check if it is possible to update your shipment and reply to your request.

When will my order ship?
Products are made on demand. Please allow 5 to 7 business days before shipping. Expediting shipping does not accelerate the production process. 

What if the address was wrong?
If the address on an order is invalid it will be sent back to Countryside Roots and you will be contacted.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
We can NOT accept cancellations once an order is in production. Most orders go into production within 24 hours of being purchased.

4)  The email address you used when order was made

What if my order is damaged? 
If you have received a damaged, defective,
or incorrect item please email
Customer Service with the following information:
1) Your request
2) Your order number
3) Name on the order
4) The email address you used when order was made
5) Please explain the damage, defect, or incorrect item you received

Our Customer Service will contact you and ask you to send photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. After receiving the photos your request will then be processed.
Returns
All products are unique, made to order items and can not be returned once they have shipped.
